or price, we feel studying the martial arts is a life
learning experience that can have a profound impact on
one’s development. Therefore, we want to make sure
you have all the facts before making this important decision.
Because of the powerful influence a black belt instructor
has on one’s life, this decision must not be made
solely based on the philosophy of the studio, but on the
instructor’s training and actual ability to translate
this philosophy to an adult or a child.

your family needs. Moms and Dads, not only will you achieve
the benefits of greater health, fitness, and self-defense
awareness… but more importantly, you will also experience
family bonding. West Coast Martial Arts Academy is renowned
for creating family unity, which is vital in today's society.

Children and Jr. Adults at West Coast Martial Arts Academy
progress through a series of stripe levels between every
major belt advancement. White stripes on the belt indicate
the student's stripe level (yellow stripes are used on
white belt). Once the student has progressed through each
of the three stripe levels, he or she then begins to prepare
for the next belt advancement.

West Coast Martial Arts Academy has appointed a team to
conduct all belt advancements on the West Coast to bring
an impartial view of our students progress in the Art
of Hawaiian Kempo.
Belt
advancements will be held each month for children
and adults. Students eligible
for belt advancement will be notified by mail. The fees
are $35 for Dragons (all ranks), $40 for Pre-Teens and
Adults up to Blue Stripe. There is an increase for Green
Belts for Adults & Pre-Teens only.
Green Stripe $60 - Brown Stripe $80.
Program
Protection
If you know you will not be able to attend 2 weeks of
classes you have already paid for, we will extend credit
to you for those weeks missed. Classes are frozen on a
weekly basis only, not by the individual class. You must
notify us by phone or in writing prior to your absence.

All Private Lessons require a 24 hour cancellation notice
in order for a make-up class to be rescheduled.

Methods of Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card.

Tuition payments are due on or before your schedule
due date.

There will be a 10% late fee for all payments received
10 days past your due date, and a $25 service fee for
all returned checks.
